Join us March 7-9 for a deep dive into Yogic philosophy, Sanskrit, Ashtanga vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra and more.This special weekend is part of our 200hr YTT program and we are excited to open up a few spots to the public.

• Friday 3/7, 8-6:
Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Sutras
• Saturday 3/8, 8-6:
Yin Yoga, Bhagavad Gita, Stories from Yogic Mythology
• Sunday 3/9, 8–3:
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra $150 per day, $400 for the weekend

More about Cheryl:

Cheryl Oliver, E-RYT500, has been teaching Sanskrit, vedic chant and yoga philosophy since 2004, and yoga asana since 1998. Cheryl’s teaching style is warm and compassionate, enthusiastic and patient. Every workshop is experiential (and fun!) as Cheryl gently encourages students out of their comfort zone toward practice, understanding and transformation. Cheryl is blessed to count Sonia Nelson, Menaka Desikachar and Nicolai Bachman among her many teachers. She is one of only 30 Certified Vedic Chant Teachers in North America, and has passed the GCSE Examination in Sanskrit offered by Cambridge University. She has completed four trips to India to study ashtanga vinyasa with Rolf & Marci Naujokat, and Sanskrit & vedic chant at Sannidhi of Krishnamacarya Yoga (SKY) and the Krishnamacarya Yoga Mandiram (KYM).

If you are a registered 200hr yoga teacher you can count these hours towards continuing education with Yoga Alliance.
